4 STEPS TO DRIVING A SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION STEP1: Implement effective teacher and administrator professional development   As it relates to   using technology, I know that many of my colleagues are at significantly different points in their careers. Hence, the demands of the digital novice and the digital native must be met by flexible professional development. In order for instructors to share knowledge with one another, mentoring and collaboration should be incorporated into the structure of professional development. Meet Christan!! Christan Harding is an 11-year-old student of the Lester Vaughan School who has a passion for drawing and technology. He paired his two passions together and with the assistance of Neil Gittens, the librarian he created a poster using Adobe Express software. The poster depicted Barbados' Independence. This poster is just one example of how technology can be used to enhance learning. The poster can be seen below.
